What is in use right now, one card per material. A material is in use when it has an into-use date on or before today and no used date before today. Press Put into use on a replacement and the one it succeeds is closed off the day before, so a handover can never leave a gap or an overlap.

Everything that has happened to a material, newest first. Dated events are read straight from the material list — ordered, arrived, into use, finished — so the history goes back as far as your records do. Anything changed on this page is also logged with who changed it and when.
